Coronavirus – COVID-19 Update

Following the Prime Minister’s statement on 23rd March 2020, we wish to re-assure our clients that our service will continue, albeit with some disruption.

With this advice to stay at home, we encourage all clients, where possible, to access their AEGON & FundsNetwork account online and to invest via the online portal. Guidance about investing online can be found on pages 27-30 of our Recommendations 2020 publication.

While we are continuing to receive the post, we strongly advise all clients, if they have online access, to invest online. In the coming weeks it is entirely possible that the post may not reach us and therefore your investment may not be transacted in a timely manner.

If you are unable to invest online, our telephone lines are open as usual, however, please be patient during this extremely busy and testing time for everyone.

The safety of our staff and customers remain our priority over the coming weeks. Whilst we can operate more effectively from our business premises, we have now implemented a Business Continuity Plan, which allows us to adopt a working from home policy and aim to respond to all enquiries where at all possible.
